Delivery time

Your daano cutting board ships directly from the manufacturer – fresh, with no warehouse stops. This saves CO₂ and guarantees you the best quality. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days after payment confirmation. Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking link.

Shipping origin and delivery area

As a young brand, we work closely with our manufacturer – your order ships directly from there. We currently deliver within Germany. We keep a small stock in Germany for urgent cases – email us at hallo@daano.de if you need it faster.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown transparently in your cart. No hidden fees.

Package tracking

After shipping, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your package in real time.

Damaged in transit

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If damaged, contact us the same day at hallo@daano.de – ideally with photos. We'll find a quick solution.
